The Espero Mint Julep is a variation of the classic Mint Julep drink, perfect for a Garden party. An orange drink, made form Espero Reserva Especial rum, mint, simple syrup and bitters, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
- 2 oz Aged Rum (Espero Reserva Especial )
- 6 leaves Mint
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
Muddle mint and simple syrup in a rocks glass. Fill with ice, then add rum and bitters and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
